Our Programs

Ready to Lead®

Our signature training program, specifically designed by immigrants for immigrants, shows trainees how to message, target, fundraise, embrace one’s heritage and become a successful candidate.

New American Fellows

NAL selects promising New Americans with a high potential to run for office within two years for the New American Fellows program. Fellows participate in our advanced training program, Ready To Win.

Ready to Win®

Ready to Win is a unique two-track training for New American Fellows and colleagues who may serve as their campaign staff. Participants gain advanced campaign skills and complete an intense campaign simulation.

Elected Officials Network

NAL is proud to support trailblazing candidates once they win and as they prepare for and hold public office. Our Elected Officials Network provides New American elected officials with the support, networking, training and resource opportunities needed to lead and serve all of our communities.
