Join us at Power and Policy to shake up politics as usual and flex our strength as New Americans in office!

This Immigrant Heritage Month, roll up your sleeves and get ready to discuss the most pressing policy challenges facing New American communities with some of the nation’s top leaders at the 10th annual Power and Policy Summit in Washington, DC on June 22-23, 2023!

At Power and Policy, we focus on the leaders who are breaking barriers. The advocates challenging outdated ways of thinking. The organizers getting into good trouble and dismantling systemic challenges oppressing communities of color and immigrant communities.

We know that the world looks very different than when we were last in community with one another. We have faced a global pandemic, a reckoning on race and social justice, and unprecedented attacks on our rights. That is why it is more important than ever that we come together to find solutions that empower us to break through the barriers preventing us from creating a more just country that works for and represents us all.

Here’s a sneak preview of some of the topics we’ll be covering this year:

Can’t wait until the events? Catch up on past Power and Policy discussions by watching our 2021 opening plenary and 2020 closing remarks by Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib!
