The New American Leaders Project is the only organization in the United States dedicated to grooming first- and second-generation Americans to run for elected office and to advance policies that benefit all Americans. The project hopes to build an inclusive democracy and a diverse government, from local school boards to city councils to the United States Congress, so America’s elected officials truly reflect the multi-ethnic country they serve. The organization is part of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network and was featured at the 5th World Responsible Leaders Forum in Munich.
